Curiosity is a practice, not a personality trait.
I lead with the question before the deliverable, with the system before the artifact. Curiosity allows conflicting ideas to coexist long enough to reveal something neither idea could produce alone. Knowing that visuals are always in conversation with classical art and design principles means the relationship is structural, not decorative.
Nestled within a clear landscape of qualitative insight and quantitative data, visual solutions feel clear and logical. Context begets relevence. Change management through eleven rounds of layoffs taught me that the most consequential design challenge is rarely the one on the brief.
